Very positive experience at the Care Doctor. From the initial very quick response to my enquiry, through the whole process to the end repair with my car now looking as good as new. Terry and Julie kept me updated throughout, provided their knowledge and experience to help me through the process and I would highly recommend their services. My insurer wanted to send me to a garage 45 minutes away but I am very glad I stuck to my guns as it has made the whole thing much easier to manage using a local garage.

I cannot sing the praise for the Car Doctor team’s service. Customer service was excellent from Terry’s very honest and expert advice and Julie’s attention to keeping you up to date on progress. Stefan is a master craftsman and completed an incredible job on the bodywork overhaul. I also had four alloys repaired for general scuffing and wear and tear. Car looked brand new when I picked up. Terry, Julie and the team were great throughout the entire process. Managed all the required admin with insurers, and kept me constantly informed whenever there was anything important to discuss or any delay in getting the parts required. Once ready to go, completed the work in a very timely fashion to a high standard. Very happy with the service, and would definitely use again.

Look no further for any car body work, Terry at The Car Doctor was a complete magician! I stupidly damaged both off -side doors of my Range Rover and Terry provided great advice to obtain replacement doors, replaced all components & completed an immaculate finish to them. So so happy with the end result & even more happy with the service. Terry was keen to show me exactly what had been done, the components that were changed and is extremely honest. Whilst I hope I won’t need to go back, he would be my number 1 choice should I have to. I also appreciated the courtesy car so there was no inconvenience whatsoever when my car was being repaired. 5**** all round, thankyou Terry & your staff!

My car suffered some damage on the near side and i took it to the car doctor. Terry gave me a very reasonable quote for the repair which I agreed to. I was given a loan car while my car was being repaired. The repair has now been completed and I’m very pleased with the result. I would throughly recommend the Car Doctor.

Great workmanship from Terry and the team. Bonnet had so many stonechips I stopped counting at 70 and when the paint began flaking off I decided to get it sorted. Quick visit to Car Doctor with quote and booking quickly sorted. Work done two weeks later and completely satisfied with the result.
